YOUR GUIDE

The person you write to
is the person you walk with.

Land of Himalaya is Sajan Sherpa’s trekking business. He has no employees. He plans the route, and he is the guide beside you on the trail.

01

Sajan Sherpa

Your guide, and the person who runs this business from Kathmandu.

02

No handoff

There is no office team to pass you along. The conversation stays with him.

03

With you on the trail

Sajan leads the trek himself, from the first walking day to the last.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good questions.
Better journeys.

Which region is right for me?

Start with your available time, trekking experience and interests. Annapurna offers a broad choice of routes, Langtang is close to Kathmandu, and longer remote journeys need more time. Difficulty depends on the exact itinerary.

When should I travel?

Spring and autumn are commonly chosen for trekking. Weather varies by region, altitude and year. Discuss the exact route and dates before making travel arrangements.

What should my itinerary include?

Walking stages, acclimatisation, transfers, accommodation, guide and porter arrangements, permits, inclusions and exclusions should all be agreed in advance.

Can I request a tailored itinerary?

Yes. Use the planning form to outline your dates, group size, experience and preferred region. A detailed enquiry is the starting point for a tailored proposal.
